Shipping & Delivery
The cut off time for same day shipping is 3:00 PM (PST), excluding weekends and major holidays.
All orders are shipped via the requested Shipping Carrier and Shipping Time/Method option chosen by Customer at the time of checkout (via FedEx, UPS, or USPS).
Many of our products are made of heavy-duty materials and as a result, weigh a lot. Weight is the primary factor in estimating shipping charges and with larger orders, weight can total hundreds of pounds. To help offset some of this cost we offer our FedEx discount to you, but also give you the option of UPS and USPS so you can compare the prices and choose the one that works best for you!
- FedEx Ground: 1–5 business days within the contiguous U.S., 3–7 business days to and from Alaska and Hawaii.
- UPS Ground: 1–6 business days within the contiguous U.S., 3 business days to and from Alaska and Hawaii.
- USPS Priority Mail: Estimated 1-4 days based on origin, destination, and Post Office™ acceptance time.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS & SHIPPING
We require a $500 USD order minimum (before shipping charges) on all International orders. Free Shipping is not qualified for international orders
The recipient of an international shipment is responsible for any import taxes, duties, and any additional fees levied by the destination country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Contact your local customs office for further information. When custom clearance procedures are required it can cause further delays in shipment. Due to high shipping costs/duties. International customers are responsible for shipping on warrantied replacements, returns, and/or exchanges.
Returns & Exchanges
*All returns for exchanges or refunds must be returned within 30 days of receipt of the merchandise.*
How to Return an Item:
*Important -- packages without an RMA# will be refused.*
After Sending in a return request to the contact email address provided You will be given an RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) along with options for returning the item(s). Refunds and Warranty Exchanges are generally processed within 1-2 business days from receiving any returned or defective items and will be credited to the same payment method used in the original purchase.
If there is a discrepancy with your order that is deemed to be caused by Kings Outdoor Lighting (e.g. wrong item, quantity or defective) within 30 days of your order being delivered, Kings Outdoor Lighting will pay for any shipping cost associated with order resolution. Shipping costs associated with the exchange or return of items accurately delivered by Kings Outdoor Lighting are the sole responsibility of the customer.
The item must be in a brand new and unused condition with the original packaging. Return item in its original packaging with all contents within 30 days of receipt – No Exceptions. The order will be verified in our system upon refund/return request. The product and packaging must be completely new and unused so that the product is able to be sold to another customer without question or concern about the integrity of the product. The product cannot have been previously installed. After we receive it, we will refund the cost of the item(s). Shipping to and from is not refunded. We may cover the return shipping for defective items only under the warranty period. If item is received and not defective and working, then return shipping will be subtracted from the refund. Non defective items must be returned at the customer's expense. The returned items will be inspected upon arrival. We reserve the right to refuse refunds and/or exchanges of returned items if they are abused or under normal wear and tear condition. If any items are returned used or in an open box, there will be a 50% restocking fee on each item. For warranty details, please see our warranty policy.
Once a product has been used or is past the 30-day return period, it can only be returned if it is defective and falls under warranty. If the order is past 30 days, the customer is responsible for any return shipping fees. For defective items, Kings Outdoor Lighting will pay for the shipping of the replacement item(s). Email customer service to get return approval, then send the product back with a COPY OF YOUR ORDER CONFIRMATION in the box. Without an order confirmation in the package to accurately reference the order, there will be nothing our warehouse can do about the return or exchange. When we receive the item(s), we will test it and verify that it is defective. If it is determined the product is defective, we will send out a replacement within 48 hours of receiving the defective product back.
-Original shipping fees are not refundable.
-All returns must include a copy of the RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) included in the package so we can accurately match the order to the correct customer with no issues. If past 30 days, then a copy of your order confirmation will need to be included in the package.
-We will not be responsible for any lost or damaged merchandise that has been shipped to us.
