Important Note:
Please note that each SLNR18 strip light comes with lead wires equipped with rectifiers on both ends. These rectifiers convert the AC12V from the transformer into DC24V, which is necessary for the strip light to operate correctly.
If the strip light needs to be cut and reconnected to the transformer, a rectifier must be used at the new connection point. This ensures that the AC power from the transformer is properly converted to DC. Without this conversion, the strip light could be damaged or burn out.
Before installation, please unroll and test the strip lights to ensure they are functioning properly. This step helps identify any potential issues prior to installation, ensuring a smooth setup experience. If you encounter any problems, feel free to contact our support team for assistance.
