Kings Outdoor Lighting will not be responsible for any use or misuse, loss or damage resulting from installers negligence. No returns or refunds are allowed for any modified and altered items, whether done by request or not.

It is the buyers responsibility to ship any items back on their expense to be repaired or exchanged. (No exceptions)
