Kings Outdoor Lighting will not be responsible for any use or misuse, loss, or damage resulting from the installer's negligence. No returns or refunds are allowed for any modified and altered items, whether done by request or not.

It is the buyer's responsibility to ship any items back on their expense to be repaired or exchanged. (No exceptions)
